How focadio uses cookies.

This policy explains how focadio.com and the focadio application use cookies. It complements our Privacy Policy and applies to Patnick, the company operating focadio, based in Vantaa, Finland.

A cookie is a small text file placed on your device by a website. Cookies can be session-based (deleted when you close your browser) or persistent (kept for a defined period).

EU ePrivacy rules and Finnish law generally require consent to store information on your device — except where a cookie is strictly necessary to deliver a service you requested.

We use only the minimum necessary cookies:

• sb-access-token — Supabase authentication for login (session; strictly necessary, no consent needed)
• sb-refresh-token — keeps your session alive (up to 30 days; strictly necessary)
• csrf_token — cross-site request forgery protection (session; strictly necessary)
• cookie_consent — remembers your cookie preferences (12 months; strictly necessary)

We use Plausible Analytics, which does not use cookies, does not store personal data, and does not track individuals across sites. It requires no consent under the ePrivacy rules.

Optional features set third-party cookies only when you actively use them — for example Stripe (payment processing) during checkout, or an OAuth provider if you connect an integration.

You can block, view or delete cookies through your browser settings. Note that blocking strictly-necessary cookies will prevent login and core functionality from working.

focadio does not sell personal information, so Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals do not change our practices.
