These terms govern your use of focadio, the AI-visibility platform operated by Patnick (Vantaa, Finland).

These Terms are a binding contract between Patnick (a Finnish company, Vantaa) and you, the account holder, governing your use of focadio.
By creating an account, clicking "I agree", or using the service, you accept these Terms. If you act for an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it.
focadio measures and helps improve how your brand appears inside AI-generated answers (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Copilot, Google AI Overviews). It runs the queries you define across AI engines and SERP providers, computes visibility metrics, and surfaces the highest-opportunity queries and recommended actions.
focadio is a measurement and recommendation tool. It analyses external AI output — it does not modify your website.
You must be 18+ and legally competent. One account per person or entity. The service is available in the US and EU, in English.
Keep your credentials secure. Notify legal@patnick.com immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
New accounts get a limited free trial (a small query quota) so you can try the product before subscribing. You are not charged during the trial, and it does not auto-convert without a plan you choose. One trial per customer, email and payment method.
Plans renew automatically until cancelled:
Prices are in USD, excluding tax. If we increase the price of a plan you are already subscribed to, we give you at least 60 days' notice by email.
Cancel anytime from account settings or the Stripe billing portal. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. Annual plans cancelled after 30 days receive a pro-rated refund. Consumed metered usage is non-refundable.
You retain all intellectual-property rights in the brands, queries and data you enter. You grant Patnick a limited licence to process them to operate the service. Reports and exports generated for you are yours to use.
You must not: use the service for unlawful, hateful or infringing purposes; attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the platform; share credentials, resell access, or exceed your plan's limits through automation; or upload malware. Violations may result in immediate suspension without refund.
Patnick owns the platform, brand, scoring engine, documentation and UI. You receive a limited, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription. Feedback you send us may be used to improve the product without compensation.
focadio integrates with Stripe, Supabase, Vercel/Railway, OpenRouter/OpenAI and DataForSEO, each governed by its own terms. Patnick is not responsible for third-party outages or policy changes.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Patnick does not warrant specific search-ranking outcomes, traffic levels, or visibility inside any AI engine or search engine — those depend on third-party algorithms outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Patnick's total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Patnick is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost data. Mandatory consumer-law protections are preserved.
You agree to indemnify Patnick against claims arising from your breach of these Terms, your content, or your unauthorised use of third-party intellectual property.
You may cancel anytime. Patnick may suspend or terminate for material breach (with a 7-day cure period where reasonable) or immediately for illegal use or fraud. On termination, data is deleted per the Privacy Policy schedule.
Features may evolve. We give 30 days' notice by email before any material reduction to paid features. Changes to these Terms take effect on the date stated in the updated version.
Finnish law governs these Terms. We first try to resolve disputes informally — email legal@patnick.com (30-day response). B2B disputes are settled by arbitration under the rules of the Finland Chamber of Commerce (Helsinki, English, one arbitrator). EU consumers retain their mandatory protections and local courts.
